Doug Green

Doug Green grew up in Aberdeen, Maryland and started dancing at the age of 15. Under the leadership of Amy Ferrigno and Lauren Carnesi-Daniels, Doug spent his high school dance years competing and performing in shows such as Kinetic Canvas presented by the Harford Dance Theater.

After graduation, Doug studied dance at Towson University where he obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance and Choreography. He spent his time at Towson dancing on Vibe Dance Team and studying under dance educators such as Linda-Denise Fisher-Harrell (now artistic director of Hubbard Street) Vincent Thomas, Runqiao Du, and more.

After years of teaching at E-Street and working as a dance educator for Baltimore County Public Schools, Doug started his journey as a professional dancer for the Washington Wizards NBA team in 2025! This is his current role along with his time spent at E-Street. Doug specializes in Hip Hop and street jazz styles and is dedicated to continued growth and development for both himself and his students.
